Why should all women get equal pay? With Small Business Advisor

Women receive .77 cents for every dollar a man earns unless that man has a woman for a boss. Then and only then does the altered pay scale affect that man and his paycheck. The Equal Pay Act of 1963 is a United States labor law amending the Fair Labor Standards Act, aimed at abolishing wage disparity based on sex (see Gender pay gap).

It was signed into law on June 10, 1963, by John F. Kennedy as part of his New Frontier Program. Tobin Heath – #17 on the women’s soccer team, says all women do deserve equal pay, just like the guys. Do you agree or disagree? #freesmallbusinessowneradvice
